Doha is a relationship market above all. Leadership appointments in Qatari family groups, semi-government companies and QFC firms move through trusted introductions, and the pool of senior talent is smaller and more closely held than in Dubai. We have run searches in Qatar for over a decade and travel there monthly.

Riyadh is the fastest-growing leadership market in the Gulf. Vision 2030 programmes, giga-projects, the regional headquarters requirement and a wave of PIF-backed companies have created demand for experienced executives that the local market cannot yet meet alone. We run Saudi searches from the UAE with regular time in Riyadh and the Eastern Province.

The three smaller GCC markets have deep, closely held leadership pools where the right introduction matters more than the size of a database. We cover them from the UAE on a mandate basis, with the same retained process and guarantees as our work in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha and Riyadh.
