Base salary plus a transparent, uncapped commission structure that rewards quality placements. No hidden thresholds or clawbacks.
Based in Abu Dhabi with mandates spanning the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman. Hybrid working available for the right candidate.
We're looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join RydeQuest as we expand our executive search practice across the GCC. You'll lead retained searches for C-suite and senior leadership positions across sectors including real estate, financial services, government, technology, energy, and healthcare.
