The Opportunity

We're looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join RydeQuest as we expand our executive search practice across the GCC. You'll lead retained searches for C-suite and senior leadership positions across sectors including real estate, financial services, government, technology, energy, and healthcare.

What You'll Do

  • Own and deliver retained executive search mandates from briefing through to placement and post-placement follow-up
  • Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with clients across the GCC
  • Conduct rigorous candidate assessment including competency-based interviews, reference checks, and cultural-fit evaluation
  • Develop sector expertise and contribute to RydeQuest's thought leadership and market intelligence
  • Manage multiple concurrent mandates while maintaining the quality standards our clients expect
  • Contribute to business development and client acquisition through your existing network and market reputation

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in executive search, retained recruitment, or senior-level talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of placing C-suite, VP-level, or board-level candidates
  • Established network within one or more key GCC sectors
  • Strong research, assessment, and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a significant advantage
  • Willingness to be based in or regularly travel to Abu Dhabi
